Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for being part of the Power Play For Kids community! Below you’ll find important information about our policies for digital products and physical Game Box orders. If you have any questions, please contact us at Jodi@powerplayforkids.com — we’re happy to help.

Digital Products (Game Book)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of the Power Play For Kids Digital Game Book are final once the file has been delivered.

If you have trouble accessing your download or did not receive your confirmation email, please contact us and we’ll be glad to assist.

Game Box Exchanges (Physical Product)

We do not offer refunds on the Power Play For Kids Game Box. However, if your Game Box arrives damaged, we are happy to help with an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Exchanges are available only for items damaged in transit

  • We do not offer exchanges for items damaged after use or for reasons other than shipping damage

Once approved, we will provide instructions for your replacement.

Shipping Information (Game Box)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days

  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on location and carrier

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS

  • Shipping times may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If your package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, please reach out to us for assistance.

Please note: We are unable to issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
