30-Day Risk-Free Membership Guarantee

We want you to love Power Play For Kids. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a no-questions-asked refund on your initial membership payment within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

Note: The cost of the Game Box is not refundable and is yours to keep.

 

Exchanges & Returns (Game Box Materials)

We do not offer refunds on Power Play For Kids materials. However, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You have 48 hours from delivery to report any damaged items.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all return shipping costs.

  • Upon receipt and approval, we will ship your replacement item within 15 days.

We do not offer exchanges for items damaged after use or for reasons other than damage in transit.

Shipping Details

  • Shipping is included in your membership price.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS from Arizona.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery.

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Shipping times may vary due to holidays, carrier delays, or weather disruptions.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it:

  1. Contact your local USPS or UPS office with your tracking number.

  2. Call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or UPS at 1-800-742-5877.

  3. If your package was lost in transit and not marked delivered, contact us for support.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for packages marked delivered by the carrier or delayed due to shipping conditions beyond our control.
