HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Power Play For Kids was created by a teacher—for teachers and parents, too!
I have always loved my job, and for over 25 years, I’ve been making exercise fun and engaging for all ages, from babies to adults. My passion is finding creative, simple ways to help kids enjoy physical activity while making it easy and stress-free for the adults guiding them.
My goal is to inspire a lifelong love of health and fitness in children. When exercise is exciting and enjoyable, kids are more likely to stay active, build confidence, and embrace a healthy lifestyle.
I truly hope that Power Play For Kids becomes a valuable, entertaining, and an essential resource for teachers, parents, and—most importantly—the young ones in your life!
Playfully Yours,

Case Study: Power Play For Kids at Sunny Hills Preschool
Location: San Diego, CA
Classroom Type: Pre-K (ages 4–5)
Program Duration: 4 weeks
Participants: 2 classrooms, 28 students total
The Challenge
Teachers at Sunny Hills Preschool were experiencing daily disruptions, low engagement during transitions, and challenges with motor skill development among their Pre-K students. The staff wanted a simple, play-based solution to channel energy and boost classroom harmony.
The PPFK Solution
Sunny Hills integrated Power Play For Kids into their daily schedule, using one new game per week from PPFK’s digital library. Games were selected for age-appropriate movement and included three tiers of difficulty to accommodate different developmental levels.
Results After 4 Weeks
✅ 25% drop in behavioral disruptions during transition times
✅ Improved gross motor coordination observed by teachers
✅ Increased engagement and teamwork, especially in previously disengaged students
✅ Teachers reported the games were “easy to implement” and “a huge hit with the kids”
Teacher Feedback
“We were amazed at how quickly our students connected with the games. They moved with purpose, listened better, and helped each other succeed. Power Play For Kids brought a joyful structure to our day.”
