Return & Refund Policy
You have 48 hours from the day of delivery to request a return. Only items received damaged are eligible for a return and exchange. Because we are such a unique and specialty based company, we can not give any refunds on any PPFK materials or membership - exchanges only.
Shipping Info
Shipping is FREE with your Game Box purchase. If you need to exchange an item PPFK will pay for the cost to return your item, as well as the cost to send out a replacement. You will need to print out a shipping label provided on our website.
